Genesee Patrons' Homeowners Program offers coverage for well-maintained owner occupied residential dwellings with no more than two (2) families. Enhancement Endorsements with added coverage are available. For the exceptionally maintained dwellings, look to our Patrons Preference & Quality Homeowner specialty programs.

    Our personal lines of insurance offer several quality homeowner (1 to 2 family) programs:

  • Patrons Preference (for homes built within the last 15 years)
  • Quality Homeowners (for homes 40 years or newer)
  • Standard Homeowners
