The application you complete, as well as any additional information you may provide, generally gives us the information we need to underwrite an application. Customer records are stored in our computer and in the company’s paper files. These files are maintained in a central location of our building and are inaccessible to anyone but a company employee. Access to your personal information would be denied to anyone but a Genesee Patrons employee or an outside source hired by us in the course of insurance related circumstance and only where permitted by law.
